especially when all the bad things are just shoved into your face.
to face the reality.

so you continue sitting there, building on on those already bad things into something even worst.

It just builds up.Until you reach your destination.
Friends are around you. You thought you felt better after a while.
But, when you are alone yet again, it comes.
